All services offered by the Sacred Grove Psychics are for entertainment purposes only and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading or other service. You must be over 18 years of age to use our services. All information contained within it should at no time be regarded as legal, binding, psychological, medical, business, or financial fact. Any actions taken by you the customer are solely your choice and your responsibility. All calls to our Premium Rate Live Reader services are recorded - this is a requirement of Phonepay Plus (formerly know as I.C.S.T.I.S.) in the UK and REGTEL in the Republic of Ireland. Credit Card Services To use our credit card services you must either be the cardholder or the cardholder must be present when the booking is made. All credit/debit card calls are charged at the rates stated on the website and may differ from time to time as offers become available Text Services (UK) Our text services for mobile/cellular phones are charged on a reverse billed SMS basis. The client pays their operators normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message. If a UK phone is being used outside the UK on a “roaming” basis addition costs to the operators’ standard text charge and the premium rate charges show below may apply. These services are only available from phones operating on the following UK networks: Orange, Vodafone, T Mobile, 3,Virgin and O2. Orange users are limited to a maximum £30 spend on text messages per short code per calendar day. The charge for our Text Live Psychic Service may vary according to the product you select, please always check the clear instrcutions given on the website. Complaints If you have a complaint about any of our services you may email using the contact form on the website, we aim to respond within 24 hours.
Credit Card Reading Satisfaction If you are not satisfied with your reading and terminate your call within the first 5 minutes, on calling our Customer Care number we will endeavour to place you with an alternative reader for the full 20 minutes. If however your call has lasted longer than 5 minutes before termination we will only be able to give you a reading for the time remaining of your pre-paid 20 minutes. In the unlikely event of a client not connecting to the second reader we will refund you in full. A client’s right to the above may be withdrawn at oue discretion in cases of persistent complaints. Use of Data We will use your personal information for the purposes of our own marketing only (e.g. mailing of a regular newsletter. We will not pass any of your personal data or recordings to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority e.g. ICSTIS or REGTEL.
